Applique & Embroidery + A Free Class!

I’ve been working on a lovely embroidery & appliqué class that you can take virtually, in the comfort of wherever you like to learn best! You can watch the trailer for this class HERE.

This is a 2 hour class with a link that doesn’t expire, so you can take as long as you need to complete the project! You will get 2 sizes of the pattern to work with and I’ll show you different options to appliqué as well as teach you the embroidery stitches you’ll be stitching. I’m really excited about this one and can’t wait to have you stitching along!

Like all of my classes, this one is available for a limited time and you can learn more about it here: The Mug: Embroider & Applique with wildboho

I also have a free class for you!

This is a mixed media project that is weekend-sized. Perfect for gifting to your favorite teacher or even creating for yourself! It’s also a great project to share with kids/teens and create it together. It involves painting and embroidery and I take you through all the steps you need to learn to create a beautiful floral piece of art!

I’ve been adding lots of videos to my YouTube channel, so be sure to subscribe and be notified whenever I add something new!

When to Make the Cut?

I also have several in-person classes coming up! I’ll be in Maine this summer for A Gathering of Stitches Slow Stitching Retreat and I’ll be at Needles & Bolts in Philadelphia, PA for a Floral Encrusted Embroidery class in October!

And now for news on my book, Needles Out!

There have, of course, been production delays along the way, but I can finally say that it (for real!) will be coming out this spring/summer! I’ll be getting my official copies in May and there are two shops I’ve been working with to get you physical copies sooner rather than later! If you pre-order on amazon, you’ll get it in this summer. If you pre-order from Needles & Bolts or Hand Craft Happy Hour, you should have it even sooner! And of course, I always love to hear that you’ve requested it at your local library or quilt shop! (Thank you so much for that!!)

So there is the latest from my desk and I hope you have lots of links (and stitching!) to keep you busy!

I also am on Substack and send out lovely little posts from there more regularly. Like my most recent correspondence from The Stabbed Stitchers Department. I couldn’t resist a little nod to Taylor.

Happy spring and happy stitching from my hands to yours!

xx Nichole
